Since 2020, the Consulate of Italy accepts translations produced by registered and certified translators, alongside official translations by the TPJ (sworn public translators). That's why my translations are accepted — the key is that they are apostilled.
Yes: I'm a registered translator with the Colegio de Traductores del Perú (Registration N° 0745). My translations have full validity before the Italian Consulate, Italian comuni, courts and other public bodies in Italy and Peru.
Yes. The original document must be apostilled before it is translated. If the translation is produced from a document that is not yet apostilled, that translation cannot then be apostilled either.
This is known as the chain of legalizations: the apostille on the original document validates the signature of the official who issued it, and the apostille on the translation validates the translator's signature. Together, they give the document validity abroad.
Standard turnaround is 2 to 5 business days, depending on length and complexity. For larger volumes or full case files we agree on a schedule with staggered deliveries.

Yes. I serve clients across Peru and abroad, fully remote. Documents are received as scans by email or WhatsApp, and the certified translation is sent signed and stamped to the address you specify: via OLVA or Shalom for Peruvian provinces, and via DHL or FedEx for international deliveries.
Price is calculated per document or per word count, depending on the job type — RENIEC certificates, for example, are usually quoted per document. Turnaround time also factors in: urgent or super-urgent jobs carry a surcharge. Before starting I send you a clear quote — no surprises — with timing and delivery method.
A simple translation is informative only, with no official value. A certified translation carries the signature, seal and declaration of a registered translator, and is the only kind accepted by consulates, embassies, universities and government agencies.
